Responsabilities:
For our clients, implement and monitor detailed execution plans and long term biologic drug development plans in the various areas of CMC and technical operations, including analytical development, process development, clinical batch production, supply chain andl ogistics.
Your Profile:
With a scientific background (Pharmacy, Master of Science in Biology, Ph.D.) with a specialization in BioProduction, you have at least 5 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of biological molecules.
Project Manager Drug Development
(Biologics)
CDI or freelance - Full time - 100% remote
Responsabilities:
You will be responsible for supporting the project team and team leader to shape and execute the drug development strategies from Candidate Declaration through Phase 2 Proof of Concept inclu formal IMPD/ IND-enabling studies and completion of clinical proof of concept in the different therapeutic areas.
This role contributes to the successful execution of project plans by coordinating the project team to deliver on project objectives to the client.
Your Profile:

University degree in pharmacy, Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences.

Project management training or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the early development space, including 2-3 years in project/portfolio management or leadership of cross-
functional matrix teams.

Responsabilities:

Coordinate regulatory preclinical development studies (Safety and Efficacy)

Defining strategies, together with the project team, for the early development of Biologics (mAb, Therapeutic drugs, ADC, Cellular and genetic therapies).

Manage the transition from drug discovery to clinical development, and pclinical development to Phase I/ Phase II Proof of Concept (POC) clinical trials.
